Thank you for your interest in our employment opportunities. The following is a list of positions we have within the company:

Leasing Associate

The Leasing Associate is responsible for professionally leasing rental apartments to maximize income and achieve property occupancy goals. The Leasing Associate will ensure that the leasing sales process is followed correctly and ensure resident satisfaction at all times. The consultant will complete marketing reports, applications and leases, as needed, and provide recommendations to management regarding apartment pricing. In addition, the leasing associate will implement outreach-marketing efforts to gain referrals from area businesses and employers, and will create and implement customer service/resident retention plans to increase renewals leases.

Assistant Community Manager

Each Assistant Community Manager is responsible to provide complete back up support to the Community Manager. Duties may include on-site accounting functions, the completion of accounting and administrative reports, and self-audits. The assistant manager will be called on to lease apartments, in the absence of a leasing associate, and will follow the same guidelines outlined in the leasing job description.

Community Manager

The Community Manager is the direct representative of the management company at the site level and is responsible to perform the duties required to ensure that the best interests of the tenants and building owner are achieved.

Each Community Manager will implement policies and procedures, supervise maintenance of building and grounds, show and rent apartments, process prospective residents, collect rent. The manager will also be responsible for personnel administration, maintaining good landlord-tenant relations, and monitoring the performance of vendors and contractors.

Maintenance Technician

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and other duties that assure the preservation and upkeep of the building, fixtures, and resident spaces.

Each Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance repairs and work in response to service requests from residents. He will assist the Maintenance Superintendent in duties requiring physical labor and perform preventive maintenance inspections and testing of such items as water heaters, smoke detectors, and fan coil units. The Maintenance Technician is a key member of the customer service team, and must exercise good customer care skills in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintenance Superintendent

The maintenance superintendent works on-site to ensure quality maintenance operations and high customer satisfaction.

The maintenance superintendent is a hands-on supervisor, and is responsible for leading the efforts of the maintenance team in the completion of duties listed in the maintenance technician job description. The superintendent is also responsible for the following: scheduling turnkey services in order to make apartment homes ready for move-in; inspecting "ready" apartments to ensure quality; inspecting curb appeal and maintaining high curb appeal; assessing and maintaining maintenance inventory; reviewing maintenance operations in order to achieve high scores on the company's annual maintenance inspection.
