A. Louis Drucker — Founder (1898-1995)
Mr. A. Louis Drucker began his career as an insurance specialist in Newport News serving Southeast Virginia. He applied this experience to develop a thorough understanding of all aspects of real estate. During his career, he assumed a leadership role at the local, state and national levels of the National Association of Real Estate Boards. His strong belief in community involvement kept him active in many civic and charitable endeavors until his death in 1995.
Emanuel E. Falk, CPM, MAI, CRE — Founder (1904-1987)
From his early days as residential sales manager with a firm in Richmond, Virginia, to time spent as Liquidating Administrator and Sales Manager of the Old Dominion Land Company in Newport News, Emanuel Falk immersed himself in the world of real estate. Falk was committed to strong real estate standards and ethical practices and was active in professional real estate organizations. He served as National President of the Institute of Real Estate Management and as a member of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and The American Society of Real Estate Counselors.

Erwin B. Drucker, CPM — Co-Board Chairman
Prior to joining the company in 1955, Mr. Drucker received his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School where he graduated Cum Laude and his baccalaureate degree from the University of Virginia. He has been a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management since 1960 both as a faculty member and as Past National President. Based at Drucker and Falk's corporate office in Newport News, Virginia, Mr. Drucker remains active with Drucker & Falk in a consulting capacity.
David C. Falk, Sr. — Co-Board Chairman
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Mr. Falk joined Drucker & Falk in 1964. A member of the Raleigh Board of Realtors and the Realtors National Marketing Institute in the National Association of Realtors, Mr. Falk is based in the Firm's Raleigh, North Carolina Regional Headquarters where he concentrates on new business, sales and development. He specializes in providing for Owners complete services in the planning and supervision of development of income producing properties, from land acquisition to construction and lease up.
Wendy C. Drucker — Managing Director
With a degree in experimental psychology from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, Wendy C. Drucker began her career with Drucker & Falk in 1981 in the Raleigh Office. Her focus continues to be on multifamily management, the supervision of new construction and rent-up, older apartment community renovations, and new business development. Upon moving to the Newport News Corporation Headquarters in 1994, she assumed the responsibilities of Assistant General Manager of the firm focusing on expanding the management profile. Currently, Wendy is involved in all aspects of the firm and continues to concentrate on new business development.
Kellie Falk-Tillett — Managing Director
Kellie Falk-Tillett is Partner and Managing Director of Drucker & Falk, a family-owned real estate company specializing in multifamily and commercial fee management throughout the Southeast since 1938. The company manages over 25,000 multifamily homes and 3,000,000 square feet of commercial space in 6 Southeastern States and 15 markets. Kellie graduated from Meredith College with a BA in Business Administration and received her Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the American University. She is a Certified Property Manager® through the Institute of Real Estate Management, a Housing Credit Certified Professional from the National Association of Home Builders, and a Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Property Supervisor through the National Apartment Association. Kellie holds a Real Estate Brokers License in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia.
David Falk, Jr. — Managing Director
A graduate of NC State University, with a degree in finance, David Falk, Jr., began his full-time career with Drucker & Falk in Newport News, VA, working in various departments within the firm. Upon moving back to Raleigh, David worked with the Development Division in designing, planning, financing, and stabilizing new apartment communities. Now, as Managing Director of Drucker & Falk, LLC, his main focus is due diligence, finance, structuring, and negotiating new deals, development, syndication, and brokering deals.
Jim Ledbetter — President and COO
James Ledbetter joined Drucker & Falk in March, 2009, bringing with him twenty three years of commercial real estate leadership experience. As a senior-level investment and asset management executive with some of the industry’s most prominent firms, he gained extensive experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, finance, development, brokerage, and property management. Jim is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Management, and Georgia State University, with a Masters of Business Administration in Finance. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Guy Buck — CFO
Guy Buck joins Drucker & Falk as the firm's Chief Financial Officer. Previously he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Cassidy & Pinkard, the largest locally owned commercial real estate services company in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Guy graduated from East Carolina University in 1990 with a Bachelor's degree in Music and completed his MBA through the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in Fall of 2004. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ron Melvin — Chairman, Board of Directors
Ron Melvin joined Drucker & Falk in 1973, serving as an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller and Controller until assuming the position of Chief Financial Officer and Secretary-Treasurer in 1997. In January 2005, Ron was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, bringing 33 years of tenure to his leadership role in the organization. Ron is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
